Founder and owner, Kris James "KJ" understands the demanding needs of the competitive tennis player who seek to play at the highest levels of the game! As a former ITF world ranked tennis pro, "KJ" grew up playing tennis in the USTA Missouri Valley section and earned scholarship, playing #1 at Kansas State University 1982-1986.
"KJ" knows how to develop the physical and mental skills necessary for juniors to earn collegiate scholarships and ultimately compete at the professional level. As an experienced USTA / ITA tennis official "KJ" has also officiated matches with John McEnroe, Jimmy Connors, Jim Courier, Michael Chang, Todd Martin, Martina Navratilova, Tracy Austin and many others!

50% Same Day Cancellation Rate
50% Samw day cancellation rate applies when a lesson is cancelled by student or parent within 6 hours of lesson. Sorry but we must apply cancellation fee as noted below as lessons are prior confirmed based on limited schedule and court availability.
$70 cancellation fee for 60 minute private lesson
$40 cancellation fee 30 minute private lesson
50% Advance Payment Required for Hotel / Air BNB / VRBO Guests
All hotel, resort, Air BNB or VRBO guests are required to pay online 50% of lesson rate in advance the day before lesson. This non-refundable advance payment is required to confirm lesson reservation. Online payments can be sent via Zelle, Apple Pay or Venmo.
